At SOUUL, every piece is made with care, precision, and attention to detail. As most of our items are produced on demand or involve customization, we kindly ask that you review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Final Orders
All orders placed through Souul are considered final. Once confirmed, production begins promptly and is typically completed within two weeks.
No Cancellation or Refund
We uphold a strict no cancellation and no refund policy for all orders. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Customised Items
Products customised in any way—such as length, colour, or size adjustments—are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Exchange requests for ready-to-wear items will only be considered if made within 24 hours of delivery, and are subject to product availability and Souul’s discretion. All shipping and handling fees related to exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customisation Requests (Pre-Purchase)
For any customisation inquiries (e.g., length or size changes), please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing your order. Custom orders cannot be altered once confirmed.
Post-Delivery Modifications
If you wish to make further alterations after receiving your order (such as length changes), please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. If approved, the item must be returned in original condition—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging and receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and any applicable customs duties.
Request Acceptance
All exchange or modification requests are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of SOUUL We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
